中秋节 (zhong qiu jie) aka Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month (to those who don't already know). This year it falls on Sunday, 14 Sep.

My grandmother already gave me hongbao to buy lantern. Actually my brother and I had stopped lantern-parading since like 6 years ago when he turned 10. Since then, my mum would just buy some mini paper lanterns to decorate and light up our balcony on the actual 15th night.

I'm someone who loves anything and everything geeky which explains why I find the mooncake usb thumbdrive (picture above) amazing ~
Should be great to have one in the pocket to immerse myself in the festival mood =P
(my bro is rolling his eyes at me now!)
